What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
  • India: Delivery fee is automatically updated per product when selecting your state. 
  • International: Shipping fee is not added. Once order is placed, shipping fee is estimated for which a payment link is emailed. After which product is shipped.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our payments are processed via secure gateway of transaction company that offers media as credit and debit cards, net banking as well as EMI.

How long will delivery take?

Typically our products within India take about 2 days to ship after order, when in local stock. If the SKU is in stock at external warehouse, it will take 15 days to retrieve and ship. If on back order it may take 30 days to ship. Where custom clearance is in procedure, it may add 7 days under normal circumstances. Delivery schedule is informed under each product.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your financial data is not stored in our website. Once the order processed it takes you to a secure encrypted payment gateway of Razorpay. We never receive your private data as full card information, which is crossed out. We only carry data for accurate delivery of your order.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is received, typically it is entered first in our ERP business system to create formal proforma. If in stock, it is invoiced and shipped via delivery partner. If not in local stock a purchase order is raised to collect your order from either Belgium, Germany or the USA. Typically it is always in stock in our export warehouse. If on backorder there is a lead time. Otherwise it is shipped via company as DHL or UPS, that reaches India in 3-5 days, it is then custom cleared, duty and tax paid to receive at our local store. The product is shipped as received to your address.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The invoice is sent once prior to shipment on readiness called pre-ship invoice. You may check the details and make any changes needed before its finally shipped on a final Airway Bill Courier. Home models are shipped on retail invoice not on company name, and commercial can be shipped on both company and personal name with a tax invoice.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping & handling time for local warehouse when in stock for a full order is 3-5 days. Delivery period is additional. Standard delivery is by Ground. Shipping of import and deliver is 10-15 days. Back Order shipping is 30 days.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations Policy: You have the right to cancel your order with full refund within 48 hours of order. After 48-72 hours, there may be a 5% fee charged on total amount. You can cancel thereafter anytime before shipment, providing your order has only 1 qty of product with restock and import fee of 25% levied. Once products are shipped, there is no cancellation accepted.

Returns Policy

For issuing return, you must not accept the shipment, or open the package. Once you have returned, the refund will ensue as per cancellation policy within 15-30 days from receipt of shipment back in original condition sent.

Refund Policy

Refund as per cancellation or return is provided within 24 hours to 30 days depending on the case. Within 48 hours back to your account, after that you must share your bank account with proof of cancelled cheque or/and asked by us to be able to send you your money without an error.
